| Snakes.... I hate snakes!!.....especially rattle snakes .This one was cute though!.... coiled up he would fit on the top of a beer can! |

| We don't know how this battle ended... the snake's mouth was stretched pretty wide..... He was frothing at the mouth .....and it looked like he had some ways to go yet! The ground squirrel was easily 5" across and the snake was having one heck of a time dragging it up the trail. We wished him 'bon appitit!' |
